Vắc xin giải pháp cho chăn nuôi và phát triển bền vững ngành chăn nuôi

Tiêm phòng vắc xin cho đàn vật nuôi là một trong những biện pháp phòng bệnh chủ động và hiệu quả, đặc biệt là đối với các bệnh truyền nhiễm nguy hiểm để đảm bảo phát triển chăn nuôi ổn định, bền vững và cung cấp thực phẩm an toàn cho người tiêu dùng, bảo vệ môi trường sinh thái.

Vắc xin là chế phẩm sinh học có nguồn gốc từ vi sinh vật đã bị vô hoạt hoặc bị giết chết (vắc xin chết, vắc xin vô hoạt) hoặc bị giảm độc (vắc xin nhược độc), có tính đại diện về di truyền, đặc tính kháng nguyên bao gồm cả các protein tiểu phần. Khi sử dụng cho động vật, vắc xin kích thích cơ thể vật nuôi tạo ra đáp ứng miễn dịch đặc hiệu chủ động chống lại sự xâm nhiễm của mầm bệnh tương ứng với loài động vật.

Hoạt động nghiên cứu phát triển các vắc xin phòng bệnh cho vật nuôi tại Học viện Nông nghiệp Việt Nam (chủ trì là Phòng thí nghiệm trọng điểm Công nghệ sinh học Thú y – Khoa Thú y được thành lập từ năm 2012, do GS.TS. Nguyễn Thị Lan làm trưởng phòng), trong những năm qua, đã có nhiều sản phẩm (kháng sinh đồ, vắc xin phòng bệnh cho vật nuôi, kít chẩn đoán và kháng thể phục vụ chẩn đoán, phòng và điều trị bệnh) được ứng dụng vào sản xuất, đóng góp cho sự phát triển của ngành chăn nuôi như:

Vắc xin vô hoạt được sản xuất từ chủng virus  Carê phân lập tại Việt Nam, vắc xin có độ an toàn, vô trùng đạt 100%, có hiệu lực ≥ 80%. Mỗi liều vắc xin có chứa ít nhất 107TCID50. Vắc xin là sản phẩm của đề tài cấp quốc gia: Nghiên cứu chế tạo vắc xin phòng bệnh sài sốt chó (bệnh Carê), Mã số: KC.04.15/11-23.

Vắc xin vô hoạt được sản xuất từ chủng virus Tai xanh phân lập tại Việt Nam, Vắc xin có độ an toàn, vô trùng đạt 100%, có hiệu lực ≥ 80%. Mỗi liều vắc xin có chứa ít nhất 107TCID50.  Vắc xin là sản phẩm của đề tài cấp Quốc gia: Nghiên cứu công nghệ sản xuất vắc xin vô hoạt phòng hội chứng rối loạn sinh sản và hô hấp ở lợn, Mã số: KC.04.15/11-15.

Vắc xin nhược được sản xuất từ chủng virus nhược độc tai xanh được tạo ra bằng phương pháp cấy chuyển liên tiếp 90 đời chủng virus cường độc phân lập tại Việt Nam trên môi trường tế bào Marc145. Vắc xin nhược độc đạt yêu cầu vô trùng (100%), an toàn (100%), và hiệu lực (≥80%). Thời gian bảo hộ ≥ 4 tháng. Mỗi liều vắc-xin nhược độc có chứa ít nhất 105TCID50. Vắc xin là sản phẩm của đề tài cấp quốc gia: Nghiên cứu sản xuất vắc xin nhược độc phòng hội chứng rối loạn hô hấp và sinh sản cho lợn (PRRS). Mã số: SPQG.05b.02.

Trong định hướng phát triển, bên cạnh việc đầu tư, nâng cấp cơ sở trang thiết bị nghiên cứu, Học viện Nông nghiệp Việt Nam đã chú trọng đầu tư đào tạo đội ngũ, thành lập 03 nhóm nghiên cứu tinh hoa, xuất sắc về lĩnh vực này gồm: Vi sinh vật và bệnh truyền nhiễm thú y; Vắc xin và chế phẩm sinh học; Công nghệ phôi và tế bào các nhóm được xây dựng trên cơ sở tập hợp các nhà khoa học có chuyên môn giỏi, tâm huyết với nghề và được hỗ trợ tối đa về cơ sở vật chất, tài chính để hoàn thành tốt các nghiên cứu của mình. Hy vọng, trong thời gian tới hướng nghiên cứu vắc xin sẽ tiếp tục thu được nhiều thành công nữa, đóng góp cho sự phát triển bền vững của ngành chăn nuôi nước nhà.
