BỆNH NẤM DA Ở MÈO VÀ CÁCH CHỮA TRỊ HIỆU QUẢ

Bạn sẽ thấy rất lo lắng khi mèo của bạn có dấu hiệu ngứa ngáy, rụng lông từng mảng, khu vực rụng lông có màu đỏ hay sậm màu,… Đây chính là các dấu hiệu của bệnh nấm da ở mèo. Bệnh này có thể lây lan ra toàn thân và lây sang các con khác trong đàn, nếu không kịp thời chữa trị có thể nhiễm trùng máu và dẫn đến tử vong.

Nguyên nhân mèo bị nấm da:

  • Khí hậu nóng ẩm là điều kiện lí tưởng để nấm phát triển. Nếu mèo không được sưởi nắng, sấy khô sau khi tắm, môi trường ẩm ướt thì rất dễ mắc bệnh nấm da.
  • Mèo của bạn có thể lây từ con mèo khác mang bệnh khi chúng tiếp xúc với nhau.
  • Nếu bạn tắm quá nhiều cho mèo sẽ làm giảm chất bã nhờn kìm nấm trên da thì cũng có thể dẫn đến bệnh này.

Triệu chứng khi mèo bị nấm da:

  • Mèo bị nấm thường ngứa ngáy, khó chịu, lông bị rụng thành những mảng lớn.
  • Xuất hiện các lớp tế bào chết ( Gàu ), có thể đóng thành vảy, thành lớp, có mùi hôi, da bị kích ứng, mẫn đỏ.
  • Khu vực lông rụng có hình tròn, bầu dục, có màu đỏ hoặc sẫm màu do thay đổi sắc tố da.
  • Nếu mèo bị nấm nặng sẽ lan ra toàn thân và có thể lây sang cá thể khác khi tiếp xúc.

 

 

Cách phòng bệnh nấm trên mèo:

  • Thường xuyên cho mèo tắm nắng, vệ sinh sạch sẽ nơi nuôi mèo.
  • Nuôi mèo ở nơi khô ráo thoáng mát, tránh ẩm mốc.
  • Vệ sinh, khử trùng đồ chơi, dụng cụ hỗ trợ, lồng nuôi, lông mèo khi bị rụng.
  • Sau khi tắm phải sấy khô lông.
  • Những con mèo bệnh nên cách ly với các bé mèo khác để tránh lây lan bệnh.
  • Không mua mèo chưa rõ nguồn gốc.
  • Không tiếp xúc trực tiếp với mèo bị nấm mà nên đeo gang tay.

Cách điều trị bệnh nấm hiệu quả:

  • Khi mèo bị nấm nên cạo lông để tránh tình trạng lan rộng và dễ bôi thuốc và kiểm soát bệnh.
  • Vệ sinh sạch sẽ chỗ bị nấm.
  • Một số loại thuốc đặc trị bôi nấm là: Nizoral, Kentax, Ketoconazol, Fungikur, Biopirox, mỡ kẽm oxyd – dùng 1-2 lần/ ngày.
  • Trường hợp nặng có thể kết hợp với các loại thuốc uống và bổ gan để tăng hiệu quả điều trị.
  • Nên đeo loa cho mèo, để mèo không liếm phải thuốc bôi.
  • Tắm cho mèo 1-2 lần/ tuần bằng lá trà xanh, chanh tươi hoặc mua sữa tắm nấm về để tắm cho mèo.
  • Không tắm bằng xà phòng vệ sinh vùng bệnh trước khi bôi thuốc.
  • Bạn có thể mang đến các phòng khám thú y để được điều trị tốt nhất.
