Ban chủ nhiệm khoa Thú y thông báo DSSV thực tập tốt nghiệp Đợt Bổ sung1 – HK2 năm học 2021-2022 (danh sách đính kèm: trang 1 là Bản cam kết, trang 2 trở đi là Danh sách SV), các bạn chủ động liên hệ với Địa điểm thực tập trong Danh sách để thống nhất việc đi lại. Các bạn đến thực tập tại các địa điểm ngoài Học viện (có tên trong Danh sách) sẽ được công ty chi trả chi phí đi lại chi phí xét nghiệm (nếu có).
Thời gian thực tập bắt đầu tính từ ngày 24/03/2022 đến hết ngày 23/08/2022.
Trước khi đi thực tập các bạn in và điền đầy đủ thông tin vào Bản cam kết (trang 1 trong file đính kèm) sau đó ký tên rồi chụp ảnh Bản cam kết và gửi vào zalo (0965509868). Bản in các bạn giữ lại và nộp cho Khoa khi hết thời hạn thực tập. Đối với các bạn thực tập tại các Bộ môn, Phòng thí nghiệm Trung tâm, Bệnh viện thú y của Khoa thì không phải nộp Bản cam kết.
