This addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding signed by Vietnam National University of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as VNUA) and the National ChungHsing University (hereinafter referred to as NCHU) on the date of last signature, contains the terms of agreement under which VNUA and NCHU ( hereinafter referred to individually as Party and collectively as the Parties) will conduct University Social Responsibility (USR) StrayLOHAS Program.     We would like to express our sincere thanks to Mr. Kim Jae-young, representative of Veterinarians Without Borders, and all the volunteers and sponsors who contributed to the volunteer activities in Vietnam. Although the program only lasted for four days, it brought practical impacts to the lives of many animals, while spreading a meaningful message about animal welfare – a factor not only for animals but also for the common benefit of the community. We sincerely acknowledge the contributions of Samyang Anipharm and the accompanying organizations and individuals who together created the success of this activity. Hopefully, with persistent efforts and volunteer spirit, similar programs will continue to be implemented in the future, contributing to raising awareness and improving living conditions for pets in Vietnam.
