This addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding signed by Vietnam National University of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as VNUA) and the National ChungHsing University (hereinafter referred to as NCHU) on the date of last signature, contains the terms of agreement under which VNUA and NCHU ( hereinafter referred to individually as Party and collectively as the Parties) will conduct University Social Responsibility (USR) StrayLOHAS Program.
