Vậy nguyên nhân là do đâu dẫn đến bị nấm da: Thứ nhất khí hậu nóng ẩm là điều kiện lý tưởng để nấm phát triển, nếu chó mèo không dược sưởi nắng sấy khô sau khi tắm, môi trường ẩm ướt thì sẽ rất dễ bị nấm da; nguyên nhân thứ 2 có thể do bạn tắm quá nhiều làm giảm chất bã nhờn kìm nấm trên da cũng có thể dẫn đến bệnh này, và 1 nguyên nhân nữa là có thể lây từ con khác mang bệnh khi chúng tiếp xúc với nhau.
Bệnh nấm nhiều khi ở giai đoạn đầu sẽ không biểu hiện rõ, nên chúng ta hãy cố gắng quan sát, khi chó mèo có những biểu hiện sau: chó mèo bị chảy dãi do ngứa miệng, thường xuyên gãi tại các tụ điểm của nấm, ở viền tai có vảy gàu đông cục, sưng và đau tại các điểm nấm mọc lên có thể kết hợp với sốt nhẹ, các điểm bị nấm sẽ xuất hiện lên các vảy, ửng đỏ, rụng lông và thậm chí là hoại tử, khu vực rụng lông có hình tròn, bầu dục, có màu đỏ hoặc màu làm da có tiền tố thay đổi
Những chó mèo bị nấm cần thực hiện những nội dung sau:
-Khi chó mèo bị nấm nên cạo lông để tránh tình trạng lan rộng, dễ dàng bôi thuốc và kiểm tra bệnh
-Tắm cho chó mèo 1-2 lần/tuần bằng lá trà xanh, chanh tươi hoặc mua sữa tắm nấm về tắm, sau khi tắm phải sấy khô
-Không tắm bằng xà phòng vệ sinh vùng bệnh trước khi bôi thuốc
-Nuôi mèo ở nơi khô ráo thoáng mát, tránh ẩm mốc
-Những con mèo bị bệnh nên cách ly với những con mèo khác tránh lấy lan
-Dùng cồn Iod Betadin lau vào vùng da bị nấm mỗi ngày ít nhất 2 lần
-Có thể sử dụng thuốc điều trị nấm da Ketoconazole dạng viên
-Những ca nhiễm bệnh nấm nặng nên đến bệnh viện thú y hoặc phòng khám để được tư ván và điều trị một cách hiệu quả nhất.
