1.Dấu hiệu của bệnh bại liệt ở chó

Khi mắc phải căn bệnh này sẽ khiến cho các Cún gặp khó khăn trong quá trình di chuyển, đôi lúc còn không nào di chuyển được chỉ nằm ù lì một chỗ.

Lúc này các bé Cún nhà ta sẽ rất lười vận động, lười đứng dậy, di chuyển vì hầu như các chi của các bé đã dần trở nên yếu và khó điều khiển hơn trước rất nhiều.

Dấu hiệu dễ nhận thấy nhất ở các bé Cún khi mắc phải bệnh bại liệt đó chính là các Cún không thể di chuyển bằng cả 4 chân như bình thường được. Các Cún chỉ có thể di chuyển 2 chân trước bình thường nhưng 2 chân sau lại lê lết, không di chuyển được như là bị khuyết tật từ nhỏ vậy. Rất đáng thương cho các Cún thưa chủ nhân.

Bệnh không chỉ làm các Cún không thể di chuyển bình thường mà con làm tổn hại đến hệ thần kinh, cũng như cơ bắp ở các chi. Cún sẽ thường xuyên cảm thấy bị đau ở các vùng chân, cổ, xương sống và gây khó chịu về mặt tinh thần các bé không hề nhỏ.

Bên cảnh các triệu chứng trên, căn bệnh này còn dẫn tới một số hệ quá nữa trong đó có thể nói đến đó chính là việc Cún sẽ bị táo bón. Không thể giải quyết “bầu tâm sự” cá nhân cũng làm cho các Bé cún bị cảm thấy căng thẳng, mệt mỏi hơn rất nhiều

2.Các dạng bệnh bại liệt ở chó

Khi mắc phải bệnh bại liệt các Cún khó có nguy cơ mắc phải 3 dạng bại liệt ở chó như sau:

Các Cún có thể bị liệt cả 4 chân, mất đi hoàn toàn khả năng di chuyển, chạy nhảy của các Bé cún. Chỉ có thể nằm ù lì một chỗ, vô cùng đáng thương.

Nếu đỡ hơn trường hợp trên, các Cún sẽ chỉ bị liệt 2 chân sau. Phần 2 chi trước vẫn di chuyển được bình thường, nhưng sẽ vẫn rất khó khăn trong di chuyển. Các bé sẽ phải lê lết 2 chi sau trong lúc di chuyển, hoặc phải sử dụng các dụng cụ y khoa hỗ trợ cho việc đi lại của các Bé cún như là các chiếc xe lăng dành riêng cho 2 chi sau của các bé.

Và trường hợp nhẹ nhất, nếu chủ nhân vẫn còn may mắn chữa trị được chính là liệt tạm thời. Trường hợp này cũng giống như các trường hợp trên, các Cún sẽ có thể bị liệt cả 4 chân hoặc chỉ 2 chân sau. Nhưng sẽ có những lúc các Bé cún đi lại được như bình thường và đây là trường hợp may mắn nhất, vì tỉ lệ chữa trị cho các bé khỏi căn bệnh bại liệt ở chó là khá cao.

4.Phương pháp điều trị bệnh bại liệt ở chó

Điều trị bằng thuốc

Đầu tiên là phương pháp đơn giản nhất mà chủ nhân có thể thực hiện tại nhà, đó là phương pháp điều trị bằng thuốc. Phương pháp này thường được khuyên dùng với các trường hợp các Cún bị nhiễm trùng. Một số loại thuốc chống viêm, chống nhiễm trùng sẽ làm dịu các cơn đau của các dây thần kinh bị sưng. Từ đó làm giảm mức độ tê liệt của chó, từ từ bé sẽ khôi phục lại khả năng di chuyển.

Điều trị bằng phẫu thuật

Việc điều trị bằng phương pháp phẫu thuật chỉ thường được áp dụng khi phát hiện ra các khối u gây tắc nghẽn dòng máu trong cơ thể của các Bé cún. Tuy nhiên, nhiều khi sau thời phẫu thuật xong thì các bé Cún vẫn không thể đi lại được. Nếu trường hợp đó xảy ra, chủ nhân nên áp dụng thêm các liệu pháp trị liệu vật lý như massage, tập thể dục… cho các bé giúp thư giãn và tạo lập lại khả năng vận động, di chuyển cho Cún.

Bên cạnh đó, đối với phương pháp phẫu thuật, nên đưa các Bé cún yêu dấu tới những cơ sở thú y uy tín, có kinh nghiệm trong phẫu thuật. Vì chỉ cần 1 hành động sơ xuất nhỏ trong quá trình phẫu thuật cũng có thể gây nguy hiểm cho các Cún cưng.

Điều trị bằng phương pháp châm cứu – vật lý trị liệu

Ngoài những phương pháp kể trên, còn có một phương pháp khác đó là phương pháp điều trị bằng châm cứu, vật lý trị liệu. Đây là phương pháp được các nhiều bác sĩ lựa chọn và áp dụng rất thường xuyên, đồng thời vô cùng hiệu quả
