VIÊM ĐƯỜNG RUỘT Ở CHÓ: NGUYÊN NHÂN VÀ CÁCH ĐIỀU TRỊ

1.Nguyên nhân thường gặp

  • Do virus: một số loại virus như Parvorirus, Care, víu gây bệnh viêm gan truyền nhiễm,…
  • Do vi trùng: khuẩn E.Coli, Leptospira, Samonella
  • Do kí sinh trùng
  • Do đồ ăn hỏng, thiu không tiêu hóa được, chất độc nguy hiểm,..

2.Triệu chứng chó mắc bệnh viêm đường ruột:

  • Hiện tượng tiêu chảy và nôn mửa
  • Phân có màu bất thường, kèm thei mùi hôi tanh khó chịu. Thậm chí có máu.
  • Bị sốt do nhiễm trùng, bụng có thể bị căng lên.
  • Biểu hiện đau bụng. Dễ dàng nhận thấy qua tư thế nằm hai chân trước chống lên bụng sôi hoặc chướng nhẹ.

Tùy thuộc vào từng trường hợp và giai đoạn bệnh phát triển sẽ có cách điều trị bệnh viêm đường ruột ở chó riêng biệt. Còn nếu không được chữa trị kịp thời thì cũng có thể chó bị xuất huyết đường ruột.

  • Trường hợp chó bị mất nước nhẹ

Nếu chó chỉ bị mất nước nhẹ, không kèm nôn mửa gì có thể cấp nước bằng đường uống. Cụ thể, pha dung dịch điện giải Electrolyte.

Nếu chó không chịu uống, bạn nên dùng ống tiêm đã bỏ mũi kim để bơm vào má nó. Liều lượng mỗi giờ bơm 1 lần. Mỗi lần bơm khoảng 1-2 m/ kg thể trọng của chó.

  • Trường hợp chó bị đi ngoài kèm theo nôn

Riêng đối với trường hợp này, để chó uống thuốc hay nước đều không phải giải pháp tối ưu. Bởi điều đó sẽ càng kích thích chó ói nhiều hơn. Do đó, cần phải cấp nước bằng đường tiêm truyền.

  3. Tiêm truyền tĩnh mạch

 

  • Một số loại dịch truyền

Dung dịch sinh lý đẳng trương: sinh lý mặn (NaCl 0,9%), sinh lý ngọt (Glucose 5%), Lactate ringer.

Dung dịch ưu trương: Glucose 10%, 30%

Dung dịch bổ sung khác: đạm (Aminovit, Vimelyte-IV), khoáng (Vime

Canlamin, Canxi-Magne), vitamin (Hematopan-B, K, Babevit,

Depancy, Vimekat, …)

Một số kháng sinh có thể sử dụng

  • Amoxi 15% LA
  • Vimefloro FDP
  • LA độc hại

Thuốc trị triệu chứng viêm đường ruột

  • Atropin
  • Vitamin K, B
  • Primperan
  • Chống tẩy rửa
  • Vizyme

Lưu ý. liều dùng của tất cả các loại thuốc kháng sinh hay vitamin đều cần có sự thông qua và được chỉ định bởi bác sĩ thú y trước khi sử dụng.

Cách phòng chống bệnh viêm đường ruột ở chó

  • Để tránh được những nguy cơ và rủi ro khi chó bị mắc bệnh viêm đường ruột. Cách phòng bệnh cho chó khuyên bạn cần:
  • Cho chó ăn thức ăn được nấu chín. Tránh cho ăn thịt và trứng sống
  • Cho uống nước sạch không nhiễm bẩn
  • Tẩy giun sán cho chó định kỳ Tiêm phòng vaccine 5 bệnh ở chó định kỳ.

Tách chó bị bệnh ngay khỏi đàn tránh để lây lan bệnh.
